How do I activate the news service in the information tab? Love the theme but having probs with just that...

it doesn't work for me
first if i download it it get saved as a zip file
and if i save it as a .dxtheme file it says when it's loading Theme loading faild. Image file: "" not found.
does anyone knows why this is happening? and otherwise can you send me your dxtheme file?
adhd-freak@wanadoo.nl is my msn.
