hmmmm..... I would suggest flowers, wine and dinner at a good restaurant.....might work, but don't scream out the monitors name in bed later on, that's not a good thing.
Oh, and don't mention shoes to me.....I'm married to Imelda Marcos Mk II.

But, growing up working for my older brother doing Home Remodeling I learned many different things. One of the most important ones is really simple...
You can tell a lot about a craftsman by their tools, be it a barnyard mechanic, carpenter or any number of trades/professions.
Working on cars for example: You can purchase True Value wrenches and round them out ten times a year or you can purchase a Snap-On, MAC, and so forth and buy it once, twice if you use a cheater bar on it or use it as a hammer.
Construction: You can buy a Black and Decker drill for $30.00 five times in a year and throw them away as they burn up. Or you can buy a Milwaukee for $150.00 - $300.00 and only buy triggers, brushes and cords every 5 years for the rest of your life and your kids when they get them.
Computers are a bit tough to fit into this, but it plays along with a job is done with the correct tools, and thats where you have to fit it in. How is it a correct tool? Eye strain, quality of design, possibilities in the ease of use and such...
as KarmaGirl stated: good luck

good one boxxi. That MIIIGHT work, but I'm not gonna hold my breath, although...Nah, that won't work either.I was thinking about using the tax return to buy one, but she beat me to it. That is, she made practical plans for the money.
Well, I can always wait another year for them to come down in price a little more.
