Thnx! Unfortunately I am having trouble scaling one of the effects so at the moment higher rez seems unlikely. (

In the first place, you will need Windows Vista Ultimate. Any other version of the OS won't work (for now). Then you need to install Dreamscene via Windows update. You can read about that here.
After that, you need to install Stardock Deskscape and you can find that on their site.
