Milestone 9 (platform complete) - 16th March 2005
Beta 1 - 25th May 2005
Beta 2 - 12th October 2005
Release Candidate 0 - 22nd February 2006
Release Candidate 1 - 12th April 2006
Release To Manufacturing - 24th May 2006

LOL yeah!!!
I have been runing Win2000Pro for many years now and havent experienced single major crash that i can remeber! It really comes down to how u use your computer and what do you know about it...

Did you know that the Longhorn alpha release were just that, some alpha code for the devs to get in touch with the API's ?
They were never meant to be usable code.

What do you really expect from a alpha version? It was even a very crude alpha version as well.
