No, there are many styles of animes. Some are children with children bodies (see post #101), or adult face with adult body (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=13&SkinID=5957).
But if you are exposed enough to the kind of half-naked full-feature body with a child face, you may start finding children face sexually appealing, yes. It may take years of conditioning, but I believe it very well may happen, that is if you find the body below the face sexually attractive. I'm not saying a person would go attack children. Of course most people won't. But they may find themselves staring at children faces a little too long than they should...

So if I like anime and I watch enough anime movies or see enough anime images, I'm automatically a paedophile? Give me a break...
