Now I Have To Pay?

I have been collecting Wallpapers for years and now I have to pay or buy something? What's up with that? Not everybody has money these days, due to hour cuts and such. In my spare time, I like to collect awsome looking wallpapers and this is the best site to do just that. I'm sorry, but I just can't afford to purchase anything. I understand that bandwidth costs money but it would be nice to have a certain limit per day that you can download. Thanks.

Hehe....I bought Drive Image 7 the other day....I'd seen earlier versions, like 2000, whatever around and they were about 22meg.....so I figured 7 wouldn't be much bigger...so I thought I'd get it online....the way it was setup I didn't get to see how big the DL was 'til it started.....by that time it was paid for [of course].....looked at the dialogue....20k [whatever] of 426 meg.......
Oh well....took about 2 hours.....bloody good proggy, though....

Yeah, I've had good luck with PowerQuest software. I am using DI 2002. I have dial-up and it would take me about a week to download tha large of a program

to clear the record....if u buy anything from stardock.(even just the cursor xp for $10) that purchase entitles u to be a level 3 user (in the edit account section u can cross reference your stardock purchase to get a level 3 status)... that means unlimited downloads and such ...a level 4 is a actual subscriber to WC .. we get use of the exclusive themes and extras .. stardock and WC are only a handful of places where u GET what u pay for.(truth be told u get more than u pay for )
if u pay nothing u get 50 meg of free stuff. if u buy something u get acess to the best skinning site on the net ...not to mention u get the prog u bought..
i havent found a stardock prg that wasent worth what it costs .....
just another 2 cents worth ..

Man, this is one wacky thread.
