Harry Potter books are evil?

Monday, October 27, 2003 by kona0197 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

OK regardless of what you believe in, I found this comment by a woman at CBN amusing.

She said that all of the Harry Potter books are evil and you should through them out of your household.

Personally I think Harry Potter is just a kids tale.

If they say that Harry Potter is evil and Witch craft, What about such classics as Lord Of The Rings and other stories about evil?

Harry Potter books are evil. Try working in a bookstore for a living and then tell me they're not. If one more person asks me if we have any first editions of the first book left, I think I'll put a hex on them. Damn you Harry, damn you!

And... breathe...

Star Trek did have an episode where they acknowledged Jesus, they found a pseudo roman society that had reebls that practiced 'son' worship. Then at the end they discovered it was the son of God.

Just a little nerd trivia.

Songs about drugs....

'Cocaine'.....a classic....

Mellow Yellow....'I'm just wild about safron....'

Plenty of examples....

Then there's 'Walk on the wild side'....

'Sex and drugs and rock and roll'....

Cabbage or Devil's night - Oct 30th around here. Kids through eggs, cabbage, & tiolet paper on trees. It happened at my yard last year. Luckily, I wasn't around.

This Halloween, I will be home. Ugh! I hope the trick & treaters don't wake up my kids. Halloween was fun. Cabbage night is always the worst.

about Star Trek:
This is like the episode of Star Trek where they're in a parallel universe and everything's the same except everyone's on heroin.

How about the one where there is a war on this planet between people with the right side of their face being white and the left is black against the people whom have a right side which is black and the left is white

I just heard a news story reporting that kids are getting headaches because of 'marathon' reading sessions *GASP*, trying to read the whole 5th book at once. Congress should pass some legislation or something to protect our young from reading so much at one time. It's evil I tell you. Kids are reading books when they should be playing video games and watching TV. The headaches are a warning. Their imaginations are starting to kick in and it's not healthy.
