Office has it's fingers into almost every part of windows so if something is not working in Outlook it may be because of a setting that is way over there in another part of windows.
Outlook is a great program and if set up right )not just in the tools( it can do almost anything with excemption, pick winning lotto numbers. I am still working on that one

Personally, I'll stay with O2000 because I'm so used to it...
and I can't remember ever having any problems with it.
