Tuesday, March 4, 2003 by joetheblow | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Who wins? Why? Is it really winning if the outcome is already settled?

More on this later.

Perhaps your wife is a little bit colorblind and it really does look like Peach to her....

I thought of something while I was sleeping... but I forgot it now. It was really 'good'. Something about how humans percieve what is good and what is evil. How history and anger can effect the way people see something. I consider some things evil, but I wonder sometimes if that is my place to even do that.

I guess I should call it very very bad. If it is good, then it is very very good in a great way.

Perception sucks sometimes.

maybe evil could be described in one instance as not allowing ones self to open themself up to seeing beyond the accepted norm, in fear that it otherwise it might open thier eys, hearts and minds to something that might in fact evoke questioning moral right and personal justification for a given stance or opinion upon many dynamic issue? War not being the least amoung them...

hey you have the new tablet omputer everyone has been hooting about??? How is it, if you have it that is...

With all this talk of how we percieve things, I wonder... if someone was to find out that tablet PC's were evil, would it be so if most of the population believed it?

And this idea of necessary evil; I have heard this many times and thought it was true, but now I am not so sure. I would think if you apply evil on top of evil you would get more of the same. If I was to get an operation to remove a tumor and lost millions and millions of skin cells due to the cutting to retrive the tumor, is that a neccicary evil?

Not so sure about that... I need to look into this idea a little more.

no, AipTek 12x9 active area drawing tablet

But after looking at the 17.2 Titanium and the Dual g4 1ghz Mac I am wondering which I want more. That Dual g4 is so freaking fast it is unreal, it loaded a 65 psd in the time it took the mouse click sound to stop *CLICK BOOM* open...

I did look at a few tablet PC's also that assemble into laptops and they were pretty nice, but am really hung on the Titanium big time... Sweet isn't a good enough description. I never thought I would really want a MAC as much as I want that one or the Dual G4...

is that evil? Pc to MAC even if only for one system out of many?

I know someone said Microsoft if Evil so...

I like the Titanium too, but I rather get the Pentium M.

Oh and I always knew I was getting a MAC ever since the new OS cam out. Then they made the new huge laptop and I was sold. It might ot be Dual processor byt the MAc has enough going already. I can't wait to get my hands on that laptop.

I can't function on a Mac.
Today at work, the Mac artist I work with was sick and Ihad to made modification to some graphics. So there I was, sitting in front of that stupid Mac, getting mixed up in the keys, getting confused with all the windows opened and all the title bars shaded. COuld figure out my keyboard shortcuts, the wheel on the mouse didn't work.
Gosh, hell, I tell you! I ended up rasterising the font layers and then transfered the PSDs on my PC. Much faster, thank you.

Wheew. That felt good.
Yes, Macs ARE evil.

I m using a T22 900mthz with only 128 meg of sdram in it right now and it shows, it is soooo freaking sloooooooow... 40 gigs of disk space don't do squat and actually slows the system down with not having more ram installed...

but it is wireless and I am on my porch right now typing away !
