Hell, if I could afford one I'd buy one too, but here in Australia they are considerably more expensive than in the US- around $10,000 (Australian) for a PowerMac to match the configuration and performance of my PC...

High-end equipment from a monopoly...you get what you are sucked dry for....

I'm an IBM clone user and proud of it...

I wouldn't pay 2299 for a 17" anything, except maybe.....

Not when about 1900 gets you a 21" Sony and I can upgrade my existing box myself to be 'the bee's knees' for about 1500...
