This will take you to an archive nasa has been accumulating for some time. I accidently stumbled on it while futzin' with BK's 'puter this morning. There is a list of dates and the image that was taken that day. The first one I went to was 2009/3/29......Signals from a strange universe. OMG!
Check out these other dates. Some are awesome.

I'm tellin you. You are seeing it all wrong. ET is here. They don't care what we do to each other as it is in their interest for us to mess it all up.
Scientists ooh and aaah when 2 cells merge into one. So does ET.

Scientists create in the hope that what they do create will be used for......blah blah blah. We've heard that how many times? The high muck-a-mucks in Washington want a better this and a better that. But when it comes to paying for it who foots the bill...we do. And we're stupid enough to let it continue to the tune of nearly a trillion dollars! Yup...all us little folk who struggle from one day to the next just to make ends meet. Very soon whether or not Uncle Sam likes it or not this little bubble of his is going to go BAM! Revolution is coming because I believe it's only a matter of time before Joe shmoe says enough is enough. I wonder if those idiots in Washington have a clue? Probably not. If this sounds as though I'm proposing anarchy then so be it. Wake up and smell the coffee before it's too late.

I don't think scientists are responsible for the contamination Doc speaks of... wjhich is morally; governmentally; religiously; greedily; aggressively and untruthfully.
Scientists just come up with stuff or are commissioned to create it so that the rich, powerful and corrupt can exploit it to their own ends and oppress the less fortunate, etc.
Another reason ET won't come here: we are going to blow ourselves the fuck up with bombs/technology the powerful and corrupt commissioned but have not the sense to destroy.... cos they sure as hell will never use it wisely.
You're both right... The Doc says to Fuzzy...you want off the planet so badly, sign on as permanent staff on Mir.
