How To Report Site Bugs
The better info you give us, the quicker we can fix things

Since the forum upgrade late late last night, there have been a number of people encountering bugs or inconsistencies in how the site is working. We are trying to get all of these problems resolved as quickly as possible, but we need help from the community to track everything down.
Now, when you find something, please don't go "images are broken!" or something equally vague. Bugs like that do us no good. They don't tell us what specifically is broken, where it is broken, and under what conditions we need to reproduce the problem.
With that in mind, any time you report a site bug, please use the following format. This is especially important today with forum and articles issues:
- What page is the error on? Please provide the specific URL.
- What is the error you're seeing? Please be as specific and detailed as possible. Include exact error messages.
- Can you consistently reproduce it? Please list all steps.
- What browser are you running (and version!)
- If you can, please please please attach a screenshot to illustrate the issue.
Good, detailed information lets us get to fixing problems faster. Vague bug reports result in us spending time trying to decypher what the problem is, which can be better spent fixing the bug.

When on a thread with more than 1 page of replies, if you click "next" or last" on all subsequent pages the "view all recent posts" link at the bottom takes you to a "no posts exists" page.

At the very bottom, the "view all recent posts" link works properly: https://forums.wincustomize.com/?g=recent
Click to go to the next page and it changes to this: https://forums.wincustomize.com/post.aspx?g=recent which brings you to https://forums.wincustomize.com/?g=nopostexist
Post indicators are back...still not taking me to the new replies though.
Also, when posting using the post editor on the same page as the post and all the replies, the smilies dropbox is all cutoff again, with most of the smilies seeming to disappear behing the textbox. When editing or using the advanced reply, it displays fine.

Clicking the 'insert link' or 'insert image' icon and the box jumps all the way to the top of the post?
it's okay when you actually insert one, it drops back down to where you were at the bottom, but if you clicked link instead of image and the cancel so you can click image, you're left at the top of the page and have to scroll all the way back down.

AFTER clearing cache, deleting cookies and all personal stuff in both browsers.
I see Intellitext in posts & replies. I'm really hoping this is a bug. I avoid sites with Intellitext.

Here's pics of 2 problems....adds (intellitext) and ratings issue.....Firefox 2.0012
You can see in both shots that I'm logged in. I have deleted all personal info & cleared the cache, restarted Firefox, restarted the computer several times....no change. I think it's a problem with my account since very few others are having a problem but figure I better post here.

These friggin insert windows are pretty annoying the way they pop up under the open window tab in FF. All the info is below. I posted comparison screen shots with FF 2.0.0.12 and IE7 so you guys can see the difference. Sorry about the links but I can't seem to get the insert image to work from my WC photo gallery.

ok I must have done something wrong, still getting just an x where the graphic should be, so I added the link at bottom just in case...

ya know, one thing I miss about how the forums used to work, is now when I click on an updated thread, I still have to slog through all the old pages to get to the new stuff.
