WindowBlinds wont load

i need help, i just installed the window blinds 5 and when i go to load the skins it changes my xp theme to the default windows 95 theme just the plane grey just wondering if someone could help me

Please do not type in all caps....and it would also help if you were to make use of a translating service such as Babelfish...
