Wommers: I tried your suggestion, but it didn't work for me, I just got a folder named Graf.wba... it opened to the "innards" of the skin... any suggestions?

Try opening the file you have downloaded by using the option Install skin from disk using the program WindowBlinds.

I found your skin after a recent rebuilt of computer downloaded it a couple of years back but never really gave it to much notice BUT NOW REALIZE HOW GOOD IT IS! 
very Noe piece of work only would like to see a more compact start panel thought you needed a coment on this one for 05
