Curtains changes Windows in a minimal way. WindowBlinds can change completely the look and feel of the operating system. That is why I don't think it could be a replacement.

I think its a valid question being that Windowblinds isn't working anymore and anything I do, any advice I follow, and any solution I've researched seems to have no effect on it's inability to work.
