Thanks Zaraki ! You can easily change the "shortcut" icons of any application just right click the icon> properties> change icon> browse ... (I use to put all the new icons in a folder I created under C:\ ) >search for the icon you like> apply until you close all the dialogs ! Use the same procedure to change any "yellow" folder icon. Also you can use some application to shorter the times AW I prefer the normal way. Start with this when you have done I will update with some tips !!
