I don't know what to say then. Older dreams and dreams from other people are fine, but your recent ones appear anything but HD - blocky and with horizontal lines - pretty much a return to the 80s. It could be a codec on my machone, but at the moment as you say they are what they are.

I see the same thing as Rabangus on a 4K monitor. I can also see it on 2 27inch 1080 monitors.

The dteams. are made at HD 1920x1080 resolution
In dream maker the image is 1920x1080 HD .. my
Screen runs at 1920x1080 HD , how it looks at higher resolutions
I dont know but get very few who complain.
Did have to upgrade a few programs to work with
Windows 10.
So they are what they are , all look good on my PC
