My ship outran a super typhoon during a WestPac. Got some vivid memories of rough seas.

I woukd be quite seasick
You get used to it quick.
The worst part is having sea legs and stepping on solid ground. You get used to rocking on your legs to adjust for the sway of the ship. On solid ground, your whole body feels a little off since it is anticipating the swaying.
