... how do I do this, please? I'm on broadband, not dialup, and I don't understand this instruction

Ah - found it. Instructions mean:
1) Right click on the network graph (probably the orange line) until you can select "Configure Performance Meters 2" in the popup window.
2)Select the DATA SOURCE tab, and change the System Performance Meter settings from \RAS Port (etc) to Network Interface ... and then figure out what settings best suit your connection.

This is really cool,but it does not seem to be workng. I checked the DATA SOURCE but i don't get it, things look much different than the last time I looked. Where there used to be descpritions of system events to monitor, now there are only numbers under the System Performance Meter Settings. I don't get it???
