I Can't Get It Out Of My Head...Game

Saturday, January 7, 2006 by PoSmedley | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

So, I'm standing in line at the Sunoco...and some hyperactive-yuppie-dweebtard behind me starts singing.."Chim-chimeny-chim-chimeny-chim chim cheroo..."

It's gonna takes me weeks to get that out of my head.

What's stuck in your head?

"I aint got the time,
And if my Daddy thinks im fine,
He’s tried to make me go to rehab,
I wont go, go, go."

*I guess it could be something worse.

..Neat bump, Po ' !

" When I wake up early in the morning ,
Shake my head , I'm still yawning,
When I'm in the middle of a dream ...
Stay in bed , float upstream (float upstream).....
Please don't wake me , no , don't shake me ,
Leave me where I am, I'm Only Sleeping ... "

Is this the real life ?
Is this just fantasy ?
Caught in a landslide
No escape from reality
Open your eyes
Look up to the skies and seeeeee
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy
Because I'm easy come, easy go
A little high, little low
Anyway the wind blows, doesn't really matter to me, to meeeee.

Not me. I have the ending theme to "Bleach, Season 1" by Rie Fu stuck in my head. I love her voice, tho.

"Nobody knows who I really am
I never felt this empty before
And if I ever need someone to come along,
Who's gonna comfort me, and keep me strong?

We are all rowing the boat of fate
The waves keep on coming and we can't escape
But if we ever get lost on our way
The waves would guide you through another day.

Far away, I'm breathing, as if I were transparent
It would seem I was in the dark, but I was only blindfolded.

I give a prayer as I wait for the new day
Shining vividly up to the edge of that sea.

Nobody knows who I really am
Maybe they just don't give a damn
But if I ever need someone to come along
I know you would follow me, and keep me strong.

People's hearts change and sneak away from them
The moon in its new cycle leads the boats again.

And every time I see your face
The ocean heaves up to my heart
You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon
I can see the shore.
Oh, I can see the shore
When will I see the shore?

I want you to know who I really am
I never thought I'd feel this way towards you
And if you ever need someone to come along,
I will follow you, and keep you strong.

And still the journey continues on quiet days as well
The moon in its new cycle shines on the boats again.

I give a prayer as I wait for the new day
Shining vividly up to the edge of that sea.

And every time I see your face
The ocean heaves up to my heart
You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon
I can see the shore.

We are rowing the boat of fate, but the waves keep attacking us
But isn't that still a wonderful journey? Aren't any of them a wonderful journey?"

A long song, but beautiful. If you've never heard it, you can find the video here:

It sorta occurred to I momentarily, but I reckon karma's over-rated anyhow, and have been thinking about "Further On Up The Road" by Robin Trower... summat t' do with 'what goes around comes around', which in the end, is the only karma that really matters.
