Problem of Start Menu at WB5

I have intalled WB5 already.
When WB5 skins is loaded, the "start menu" cannot be opened!
However I load a WB4 skin, it will restore to normal.
Please help!

Is there high CPU usage while you are trying to open the start menu?

You have one of the earlier versions of WB5, try updating to the latest and see if that resolves your problem.

I have updated already, but it is still version 5.00.
Is 5.00 the latest version?

You will need to leave some more information if you want someone to help.
Which skin are you using?
Posting the "System Information" report text from WindowBlinds 5 configuration panel is also requested.
Can you open the Start Menu with the "Win-Key" on your keyboard? If so, this would suggest a problem with the skin, the graphics adapter (or drivers) on your machine, or a bad installation of WB5.
