"loading your personal settings" page

how to customize

Saturday, November 5, 2005 by cmw000 | Discussion: OS Customization

Is there any way to customize the WinXP "loading your personal settings" page that pops up when you're loading and shutting down WinXP?

I haven't found anything.

Thanks.

How would a youngster like that know what my level of intelligence is?

He doesn't. He's just pulling your strings to see the result. Yup, like a puppet.

I will continue reading your ridiculous responses, as it brings me some pleasure.
