"loading your personal settings" page

how to customize

Is there any way to customize the WinXP "loading your personal settings" page that pops up when you're loading and shutting down WinXP?

I haven't found anything.

I wrote a lengthy response that the forum evidently ate. And now it's gone, which is just as well because I get the feeling my intellect is wasted here. So I will summarize:

1) I never critisized anyone and I'm not sure where you got that idea. Although you all take liberty to criticize me.

2) I live in America. That's my "neck of the woods." I can laugh at whatever I want. You all clearly have a great desire to live in a communist society, as you swarm me for speaking my mind.

3) It is not your place to tell me to whom I may afford respect. That's beside the point anyhow, because it was a joke. And yes, I know you don't think it was funny, but that's because you have crappy senses of humor.

4) Irreverent rudeness is inherently funny. I can't help it if you're over-sensitive to what a stranger types on a remote keyboard.

That's the last I have to say on this matter, as none of you seem to understand the things I say anyways. I will continue reading your ridiculous responses, as it brings me some pleasure.

Not my problem about your post getting eaten, I would like to have seen some more of your irreverent rudeness that is unevident to most here as being inherently funny.
