Stardock Systems, Inc., a provider of desktop enhancement software, is seeking a Microsoft .NET Web Application Developer to develop and maintain the company's community websites and web-based services. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in both web application development experience and object oriented programming.
Job Description:
- Developer will work on reusable class components, new application modules, and provide support and incremental patches to existing projects.
- The developer will work in a team environment but must also be able to work well independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with ASP.NET, ASP, VB.Net, ADO.NET, 2+ .NET Framework
- Working knowledge of 3-Tier application development
- Proficient with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
- Solid understanding of SQL relational databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of MS SQL 2000, Photoshop, COM or Flash is a plus
