windowblinds 5 skinning problem

I installed windowblinds 5 rebooted my computer and when it comes up on startup I try to apply a theme, then while it's trying to change the theme for about 10-15 seconds it only applies the wallpaper associated with the theme and not the whole thing.Then when I go to unload the theme it takes me back to windows classic, so then I click on display properties and try to apply the regular xp style it does nothing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
