Your favourite web browser?

I don't know, I've heard so much bad about IE6 but I've been using IE since I got my first internet connection (36.6k 
) about 10 years ago. Well it was Netscape back then but just for a moment before I started IE. I've tried Opera and MoZilla but I didn't see much deviation in terms of performance and stability, so I'm just wondering what you guys have to say.
[On a side note, I'm looking for a central email software that can handle many accounts at once (those POP3 stuff) Yahoo! used to have that feature, but it was taken away I think. Microsoft Outlook doesn't work. Any ideas?]

i use AOL Explorer - beta version of it. i love it, the tab browsing is great for it. i also have used FireFox, but liked that browser. Mozilla has a good email client, Thunderbird (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/) and it can be skinned also. it's really easy to use. I have office 2003 so i have full version of Outlook to use if i want

Web - Firefox. Works great for me and since I started using it, no spyware/adware/malware like when I ran IE. I install it on any machine I work on, and so far everyone I've spread it to has loved it... even non-techies who don't understand some of the tech advantages over IE.
E-Mail - At work I'm forced into using Outlook since we're an Exchange environment and use locked down desktop boxes. For personal email I use either a WebMail system (gmail, my domain mail client) or Mail.app on my Powerbook.

I've tried it again, Outlook hates me.

I have yet to receive an invitation for Gmail from my friend
I've also heard that Opera is the fastest web browser. But doesn't seem to have any difference on my system

Oh, I use Firefox and Thunderbird. I use Outlook at work and I do like how it uses MS Word as your text editor, but at home Thunderbird suits my needs just fine.

I haven't really given Opera a chance, but I just love how customizable FF is, via themes, extensions and so on. I've got pop-ups, ads and flash blocked, my tabs open and order in a way that makes searching and surfing easy...I have a great WebDeveloper extension that lets me check out code, and download tools that sort my files or grab everything of a given type off a page. And more!
As for Thunderbird, I have several email accounts, from my ISP, GMail, from my own site, etc. and can use it for newsgroup reading, like the Stardock and Macromedia groups (in my case).

1st lets realize that gmail is pretty and useful, but do you want your email out of your control and to exist forever. I know I don't.

I am a firefox convert. I love the extensions and the tabbed browsing. I open up 4 of my favourite webpages as homepages everytime i start!

I use Firefox and Thunderbird when running in GUI mode, and for the command line I use Links browser and Pine for mail.

As for the side note, I'm using Outlook Express to handle 3 accounts. Seems to work well. Not sure what else to recommend though
