Unadministrated computer

Helps about custom unadministrated computers

At work I have an unadministrated computer and
there are errors everywere.
I've only succided to apply royal syle "energy blue".
Enny tips and help about applying other skins and stuff...?

I would assume it's not on a network that an administrator can see.

but I got a 5 in english.
I just don't check my spelling,
but I will pay more attention to it...
