A request for subscribers...

Could a text-box linked towards the subscribers Guest Book be placed on the Subscriber's Personal Site front page?
It would make it much easier to add a comment to a Subscriber's Guest Book without having to go to another page. And it makes it easier for new users to comment. I believe a large ammount of users does not evn know there is a Guest Book on the site. And a Guest Book does help getting in-touch with the author.
Cheers to all.

I would find it helpful, if I could find out who recommends one of my wallpapers, without going through every personal site here on WC..that way I could thank them...and same goes if one is featured on someone elses' site. Just an idea I've had for awhile!
A great idea teddybearcholla and it is a good point for future site development, but i see some glitches here that you might have not thought about. Well i don't mean to be mean here, nor do i criticize, only some logic considerations. I believe it would take much programming to do this, it would take quite some time to make it and it would need propably a whole new page to be added to the personal site. There are authors whose works are being featured by a large number of subs, thus it will create a big, maybe huge list to display all the subs that have recommended his/her works. Not meaning to demise your suggestion, only logically think of it.

This is do-able too my friend. It would be east to have a flag by the text box or something.

If this is a signature campaign, sign me in!!!
Nope, this is just dropping the initial idea my friend. It is not a signature campaign. Only a thread for some admin to see and maybe take some act. Unfortunately it seems that is a busy period, cause noone answers.

I don't want the first page of my personalpage to have content that I don't completely control.
But it's an auto-created page. In actuality very few elements are controlled by the user himself, such as Personal Profile elements, links towards other places and featured skin. The rest are just the latest skins/articles of the user, automatically set by the system. No subscriber can set which articles or skins are to be shown on his/her front page,so it isn't much a question of control, although the system as is is indeed excellent,no doubt about that. Nevertheless i don't find it irrational to create a linked text-box towards the Guestbook, as i said it would make things just easier for the average user.
