WindowBlinds Configuration Screen Error

I just reinstalled WindowBlinds 4.5.1 from when my computer crashed last year. I was using 3.5.1 before because I installed the wrong version. Now in the configuration screen, the bottom is cut off. For example, the scrollbar is missing on the skin, toolbar and animation screen:
Here the buttons are cut in half:
And the buttons here are complete gone:
The buttons are still there because I can tab to them and open them.
I have tried different skins including tring XP's Luna and Classic styles. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling WB 4.5.1. Thank you for your help.

Uninstall the current version of WindowBlinds, then, go in to Program Files in My Computer and delete all past WndowBlinds versions, and then reinstall the newer one again. Just make a System Restore Point before you do all this to be safe. Good luck man.

I have also done that before and that did not work. I do not know what to do. I am going to uninstall WindowBlinds and scan the registry for anything from WindowBlinds.

Hmm, I was just thinking about a possible registry prob as well. It's probly some corrupted file somewhere on your system that's causing this (maybe). I've had some program problems like this before and used Registry Mechanic to fix them. You could also try using the RegistryCleaner availible in the TuneUp Utilities program. TuneUp seems to do a good job at finding errors in the Windows registry, and you can undo changes that you've made.
