Your total image has to be 180 x 15 for the transparancy to work. The individual images must be 15 x 15.

So you got any idea to why that is?

I see the transparency problem in SysTray bubble alerts and occasionally in individual MDI windows, but a bigger problem for me has been to get the states to change - mouseover & clicked states don't seem to work.

I'd also be interested in why the specific size of the graphic matters for transparency to work.

Thanks,
