Fonts?

folder, search, in all or part of file name type .ttf when search complete select all, copy to Windows\Fonts. When it
gets to one you have it will let you know just click ok. If you still have problem with some skins you will need
SkinStudio to see what font is used then go to a free font site ( sorry I do not know any, Google.) and download font
and put in windows\fonts. Or post a comment on skin and ask author if they could send it to you.

There is also an option in WBConfig to override skin fonts universally - open WBConfig and look at User Overrides -> Font Overrides. Perhaps a font override is set there.

In WB configuration you can change fonts in user overides.
I do remember seeing some skin descripts last year that specifically mentioned the font and/or detailed the font was included in the zip. Search your windoblind folder and see if any have font files. I found 3 in mine.
