Should WinCustomize support IM goodies?
Sunday, April 10, 2005 by Frogboy | Discussion: WinCustomize News
AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Instant Messenger, etc. have all kinds of interesting "goodies" that you can download of them. Avatars, Emoticons, Winks, Backgrounds, etc. And probably even more than we're thinking of.
The question is, should WinCustomize have a section to support these kinds of things? Let us know.

We've been through this multiple times. It won't happen because Creuelan Studios won't link to WC , or so I heard.
Mind you I didn't see any links to WC on Firefox's page, and it got added to the library the 1st time it was asked for.

Exactly . And let's face it : the amount of skins produced for Firefox thusfar on WC isn't exactly enormous as well . There are a lot more skins for Trillian 2+ on Deviantart as well .I don't understand how WC can ask this question about goodies for all the seperate messengers out there while we have Trillian out there .

If there had to be something, I would vote for Trillian skins. But I just don't see it being worth it to allocate bandwidth for that other stuff.
