probably not....essentially it ran its course...  discussions are fine...but eventually people stop attacking the alternate opinions and attack the opinion holders instead

yes...if you cannot convince people you are right....you yell that they are wrong...when they don't agree you say they are stupid...and it goes downhill from there

Uh oh, I had left an unnecessary remark just before I headed to work. I never got to see anything that was said after that. Hope Im not Citizen XYZ or instigated anything.

LoL..NT,XYZ is who you left the comment to, I was the one arguing with XYZ, so I am to blame probably as much as he is. You have nothing to worry about NT..I saw your comment, I thought it was acceptible.(well..probably not..but it fit so well..LOL)

Anyway..

It was me who hid the thread.

I can enjoy a good debate on any subject, but regrettably the thread lost direction. Unfortunately some people do not appreciate that fine linguistic art...

Thanx Fuzzy, I personally was having a problem appreciating "XYZ's" fine linguistic art there towards the end..
