How do articles work?

I was in wincusto using Firefox. I clicked on the 'Articles' tab and then clicked on 'Create new article' I was taken to, I guess, my wincusto personal website 'werewolfs cave' to write the article, which I did. I did NOT select 'also post this in the forums' and clicked 'create'. Well the article did not show up on the wincusto articles site, but it did show up in JoeUser.com (??) and at werewolfs cave. The latter I expected, the former I did not. I also expected the article to show up on the wincusto articles section.
My questions are: How are all these things related? How do I get an article to show up just on wincusto articles. How are my website on joeuser and my website on wincusto related? Why do replies/comments on JoeUser not show up on my wincusto site?
I just noticed that I have 2 sites on JoeUser. One site is the site I created when JoeUser first opened and the other is called werewolfs cave which I started here, on Wincusto. But they both have JU addresses. I'm really confused now. I don't need 2 sites on JU. Is there a way to consolidate all the articles on both sites into werewolfs cave? and delete the other one. I don't care about any effect it might have on stats. I just want the wincusto site and the ju site.
