You'll need to download the windowblinds program. You can click on the Software tab at the top of the page or you can go to www.stardock.com I recommend you check out the "full boat" Object Desktop which includes Windowblinds along with many other useful programs. If you have any problems with the install check back here and someone will walk you through it.

Theme are a little different than windowblinds. Themes are a collection of skins for many different programs such as iconpackager, winamp, sysmetrixs, etc. You'll need to first install the windowblinds program, then you can download a windowblind skin from the gallery. It should have a .wba file extension. If windowblinds (the program) has been installed you should be able to double click on the file and it will automatically install the skin. Then to turn it on go to the Display Properties under the Control Panel and on the "Appearance" tab pick the windowblind from the drop down box labeld "Windows and Buttons"
Hope this helps.

When you download the T3 windowblind did it save as a .zip file or with a .wba extension?

OK, back up on the Software tab there's another program called Theme Manager. It is what you use to import themes. The thing is you need to have any other programs installed which you want to use with the theme like Iconpackager , CursorXP, Winamp, Sysmetrix etc. It will import just the windowblind if that's all you have installed but it's meant to put the whole group of skins together at the same time.
