Theme Manager

I have a theme manager downloaded from the site. I want to add those winblinds, logons, bootskin, and ohter supported files but i dont know how to add the files. Can any of you explained my problems. and how can i solve it?

i already downloaded but not within the theme manager. I downloaded the file manually via website. So were folders can i put the WB, Logons and oher skins?
