Hey guys im really really new to this thing so be gental with me haha.
What im hoping to do is create a desk top theme belive it or not
but i really do not have a clue how to go about this.
Can people tell me what i need to get what i need to do, any tutorials hints tips.
I would like to do a back ground, have the weather and time etc,
A short cut section
personal buttons
menu's
I know its going to take alot but any help would be great.
