Official Spiderman Suite problem

My apologies if this has already been posted/dealt with..(I tried searching honestly) 
I purchased this suite yesterday, installed it, and realised that the start menu now hangs about half an inch away from my start button...(my task bar located on the top rather than the bottom of the screen). I've had no problem with the other WB themes I've used so how come this one fails to work properly?
I'm hoping that I'm not the only one who hasn't had this problem and/or an update may be released for those of us who like our taskbars in unorthodox positions
