Removing branding from IE titlebar?

Yes, you can click Start, Run.. type in gpedit.msc and hit enter.
Under User Configuration, Windows Settings, Internet Explorer Maintenance there is a setting called "Browser User Interface". Click on that and 3 more setting options will appear in the right panel. Double Click on "Browser Title" and you can customize it from there.
