objectdock

Monday, July 12, 2004 by Chameelios | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

sorry, this may sound dumb, but is there a way to disable objectdock from adding an icon for every application i have open?

i ususally have 5-8 things open at once, and its making all my icons really small and its annoying.

Turn off the option to "Show running tasks on the dock". That's in Dock Contents in the Configuration dialog with OD+........ don't remember where it is in the free version...... (probably the same place).

ObjectDock Plus puts all occurrences of an application into one icon. For example if you have like 5 IE windows open it will put all windows under one icon on the objectdock... I dont think that there is an option on the Free version of ObjectDock... I think the free version only gives you the option to have taskbar on the dock or not have it at all. If it bothers you that much I would recommend ObjectDock Plus which costs like $19.95....

Good Luck
