toon-xp comes with a special limited version of the theme installer to install it, I don't think you can do much else with it. Also it came out before WB4 so not everything is skinned.

Hmmm....
Ok let’s review this.
1- You specifically stated that you have a serial number for the ToonXP theme but no link to download the theme. Now you are saying you have the theme installed.
2- How exactly are you trying to edit the skin? What program are you using to edit it?
3- What version of WindowBlinds are you running?
4- What video are you talking about?
5- Can you upload a screenshot of your desktop with the theme so we can see what the problem is?
6- If you purchased the theme from Stardock you should have an email with a phone number and an email addy for costumer support that will get you all the help you need on the product.

The shareware of WindowBlinds is limited and does not fully skin the theme. You will need the full enhanced version.(If you pay close attention to the video it tells you that)
To modify the skin (size, toolbars, buttons, etc) you'll need the SkinStudio program, unless you know something about coding in which case you can edit the skin via notepad/wordpad.
The full version of WindowBlinds is available for $19.99. But if you are interested in fully customizing your desktop, you might aswell buy Object Desktop which includes all application programs and it's a great deal at $49.95 You'll get a lot more for your money.

You should really go for the whole package deal like Apocalypse says....you'll save money that way. https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/features.asp this link shows you all the software you get with it. The only other software you'd need is a graphics editor if you want to make your own graphics.

If you click on Citizen Hockey10 he has member number 1057317 Am I mistaken or wouldn't that mean he has purchased some level of StarDock membership?
