The ID's assigned are from signing up at Wincustomize and it's free. It allows you to try out the site and download up to 50MB's of material. Then if you like, you can continue and get unlimited downloads by either getting a subscription here or purchasing a piece of Stardock software

Hockey10 Exactly what have you purchase from Stardock and what is it that you are trying to do?
You keep going on and on about all the things you want to edit and do with your desktop but yet you keep saying that all you have are the shareware programs and that you are not looking to spend any money right now in the full versions of the programs.
If all you have are sharewares, then you are limited in their use (some of them will expire soon as they are trial versions) In order to fully enjoy the themes and edit properties, you'll need the full enhanced versions.
So until you make an actual purchase of the product, just be conformed with what you have.
Also, when you request help on any matter, please try to be specific and give full details of what you are asking for.

Which screenshot? There are over 5000 screenshots in this site alone.
also if u change ur screen reselation(is there a way to get it other than 4 reselutions)

This one is a question for the ages. I have no idea what you are talking about.

kk thnx for the advice
1) i am willing to pay for programs but only the ones that will help me do wut i want

2)the screenshots i'm reffereing to are the ones u can find on this link
https://www.stardock.com/products/themes/toon-xp/

3) when u go to display properties/ and reselution u can only chose from 4 reselutions. how can u choose from 1?

4)the only thing i need to edit now is the welcome/switch user/log off/ user screen

First you need to figure out what is it that you want and then purchase the program that will suit your need.

when u go to display properties/ and reselution u can only chose from 4 reselutions. how can u choose from 1?

The available resolutions on the display properties are determined by the video card you have. The better the video card, the more resolution option you'll have. (keep in mind that some monitors only accept certain resolutions)

the only thing i need to edit now is the welcome/switch user/log off/ user screen

Those are one of the few features that only the full version of WindowBlinds will skin.

Here's some software you might find useful http://www.iespell.com/

And stay off the cheap orange juice - too many additives
