New Forums Problems

OK, so these new forums are OK, but why is the ability to "Mark all Posts as Read" and the ability to look up my posts gone? Please put abilities like that back so that the forums are more useful.

Could someone get rid of this message showing up every time I make a post please:

I have the click Post Reply again every time!
...and what's with the one minute having to wait when editing a reply????
