BootSkin problem not covered?

Not that I came across anyway...
Problem is: BootSkin (WAS) installed. Ran it. Looked at the list but CHANGED NOTHING! Rebooted. Everything is fine until it gets to the place where the new boot screen would be. After a few seconds it starts over again, meaning, as if I'd pressed reset. Loops like this indefinately. Reboot to boot screen, reboot to boot screen, reboot to boot screen.

Graypony... even "face to face" we wouldn't have known you were talking about a new install, with a several week gap between, until you told us....
