I have a question about WindowBlinds

I've been out of the loop for quite a while, and lots of things appear to have changed within WB.
My question is: Does the latest version of WB support animated skins? If it doesn't, which was the last version number that did? And, would I still be able to get that earlier version?
( I'm talking about FULLY animated skins from the titlebar through to the taskbar and even right click menus)
Thanks for any help you can give me on this, it will help me make a decision on which way to go.

Animated titlebar is still work,not sure about starmenu since I don't have Stardock Start11 installed. As basj said, right click and taskbar are not skinnable,either. However,with Stardock Start11 installed,Starmenu and taskbar should be able to be skinned.

Hello,
From what I know, but I can not confirm it, WB still support animated skins, but I don't think the current Windows version make it possible. For example, desktop right click menu no longer WB Skinable. Have not seen animated taskbar for a long time to check if it still work with current Windows version. Windows 7 Start menu still work to some extend.
