small start menu HELP!

hi. I've seen some sindowblinds skins here that have a small start menu in which the right section (my documents, my picture, my music ...) only have an icon, no text. How do i change my start menu to look like that?

The skin has to either be made like that, have a substyle like that, or you have to do some semimajor editting of the skin.
