Guys, I have looked and looked and I can't seem to find an active WinCustomize subscriptions for me.

Mine is listed on my Stardock account page, under the WinCustomize tab.

I suppose what is confusing me is that I have 3 Stardock accounts...lol. At one point I was using ObjDesktop on multiple PCs.

Ok, I found subs under DXDesigner1 and PuterDudeJim. Both expired. There's not one listed under PuterDudeJim1

There are two ways to get unlimited downloads at Wincustomize. One is a Wincustomize subscription and the other having a running subscription to a Stardock product. The subscriber skins have never been available from the store like all other purchases, only from the drop down menu linking to your WC profile.
If you have a valid Wincustomize sub, you can find it under the Wincustomize tab on your products page https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Your image is what mine looks like on all 3 accounts. I guess I need to figure out what account I'm gonna keep for stardock, and renew the WC sub on that same acct.
Let the other 2 accounts go.
I have more purchases on the PuterDudeJim at aol account, so I should continue that one for both WC and Stardock.

Maybe Support can transfer all your purchases into the one account you choose, Jim. Try using the link in reply #1.

Also, there's this:
"Merging two accounts

You can combine 2, and then the third after combining the first two, but you might wat to ask Jazlan about that.

To ensure everything goes right, I would suggest a support ticket with all information available. There may be issues with karma though, from what I have seen from other merges. I think karma is not transferred from one account to another.

Choose "Ask a question" and a dropdown form should appear where you can fill out your question. Keep track of your ticket number (basj always says that.
).
