Free WB skin

I've completely given up on this WB skin, It's called turtle shell, The first 'Top Author' to submit a post saying they want the copyright to the skin can have it, Ill send it to them in an email

Glad to see your making progress on the skin, I've decided to give up on windowblinds for a while and turn to wallpapers, I'm About to submit a wallpaper even through it is pretty basic
