Free WB skin

I've completely given up on this WB skin, It's called turtle shell, The first 'Top Author' to submit a post saying they want the copyright to the skin can have it, Ill send it to them in an email

Travis is crazy and bored enough. I can't gurantee any time for it to be done because of school, but it will help me learn how to skin better.

I have been working on it for a while...I did bother...and I have changed most of it. For a while I meant to keep a lot of that turtle shell stuff, but over time and skinning the turtl shell gradually started looking out of place. So I have finished even calling it turtle shell and you can feel free to develop it as you want RotaNimodEhtmai. No longer do I have anything from the original skin left except for the scroll bars (which are very nice, you just had the margins set wrong...I didn't have to do a thing to them in the editor) and those I intend to change as well.
I suggest you finish at least one thing. Making a skin is mostly perseverence.
