Well I did what some urged me to do.. And cross referenced my 411 again. But to no avail.. And I have no clue as to how to get in touch with Admin, other then trying to ask for help from here.
It still tells me that im a level 2 user..

Im writing you because I want you to know who the true me is... I'm not one to decieve, or try to obatin something for nothing.. yes, your right! I did download 50 mg of your art! But! With the frame of mind, that I thought I was paid up, and could browse till my hearts desired. I dont remember anymore who it was that I left comments with. But I"ll tell you, it would tickle me to death to do what you people are doing! It truly does amaze me! I hoped one day, I could get lessons, and find out how to do it, and maybe add a few of my own to the pot.. However as it stands no..
And I'll tell you why.. It's not just because of the comments I got today, and the previous days. But Im afraid that I will not teach my daughter the right thing by saying.. ?OK, we were wrong and you were right" I was trying to find the one comment that I seen. Where one of you yelled because you think my daughter isn't smart enough to know what is really going on here.. That she has been read the "Threds" that you call them.. And not know to some extent what the deal is here..
I'm going to tell you! And yes I'm Biased ... But I take pride in saying that my 1o yr old, can understand things what some 40 yr olds don't. No she's not a genious.. But she's definately not stupid. She knows what's going on here... And frankly im proud of her for that. yes! She did tell me to delete all of the stuff I had downloaded for her.. And I did... It's all gone along with my windowblinds program.. I have no use for it now... And Im ok with that.. I really am! Besides my computer might run better anyhow..
I wanted to leave you with something... I wrote a poem, that I dedicated to my beloved Wife, who is not with us any longer due to cancer. It's called " 'Till The End of Forever"

I am as honest a person that you can run into.. I'm not in the least bit perfect, and I'm just as Fallible as the rest of you .... I've learned a lesson here... I hope that if any of you end up in the shoes that I wear.. "And I pray that you don't" But if you do, then you will have known what it was like to wear these shoes..
I hope that your works take you somewhere.. You deserve that much! You people are wizards of art! And you SHOULD be noticed for it. But unfortunatly.. This site, could very possibly keep you from achieving that
dream.
Im not angry anymore.. I'm just hurt I guess... I truly loved this site, and the works that you did... But I'm afraid that if I were to come back, I would go against what I stand for... And I can't show that infront of my daughter... You see, She means the world to me.. And I have to bring her up, with strong values. Life isn't easy lady's and Gentleman... I think you ALL would agree with me on that.. NO?

KarmaGirl is the exact person you should be contacting, not the general populace of this site, but the person responsible for dealing with Stardock Customer account issues.
If and when you pass on the requested information relating to your purchases only then can the problem you are having be resolved and sorted for you.
This 'shouldn't' be a complicated process, but sometimes the information used for attempting to Register on this site can be at odds with what is officially on record.
If I had spent $20 US to purchase a site access I'd go out of my way to assist those whose task it is to see that you actually get to use that purchase.
The fact that you are still having problems means you have NOT gone through all the 'hoops', as had you done so your problems would be resolved now.

That is not true. You did not email me. Since I am one of the few who can actually access customer records, I am about the only one who can help you. It has been mentioned repeatedly that you should email me.

There is something to keep in mind when making statements like this. We are an online company. Though there are hundreds of orders a day, only a *very* few are on the phone. Since that is the case, there is typically only one person who answers the sales line. When I asked her to give me an account of this situation, I can assume that you know what she said......
If you want this straightened out, then you have to provide real information to me in email. Otherwise, there is no reason to posting about this. (Especially in such a "drama queen" way.)
